We are in the middle of a large project. We needed a performance mini pc.

We bought the i9 with 1tb of storage.

Instead we received an i3 with 1tb of storage.

Of course, we didn't discover this until the last minute before shipping, which is now causing a delay in the delivery, and embarrassment with the customer. We are now requesting a full refund from the seller and a return. We will be buying our computer from amazon.

Not likely to buy from this company again.

Ready to use out of the box, running perfectly. i use the tv as a monitor, especially for watching streaming movies.

This computer has excellent performance and fully meets my son's needs for learning, playing games, and graphic design.

This machine is very suitable for my gaming needs. i use it to play some computer games suitable for parties and also to watch movies on my big tv screen.

I bought this computer to replace my old laptop because i only use it in the office and rarely take it out. this compact and affordable computer fully meets my needs. i mainly use it to surf the internet, do some image editing, and handle some microsoft office software, mainly word and excel. its setup and wi fi connection are very simple, and it has been running well for almost a year now. it's fast enough for me, much faster than the hp laptop i've been using for five years. highly recommended!

I use it for 8 to 12 hours a day, mostly playing games, and it has not shown any signs of performance degradation so far. i strongly recommend it.

Its installation is very simple; it's compact but extremely efficient. i installed it behind the tv; it runs so quietly that i often forget it's there. i just need to switch the input source and control it with the mouse and keyboard.
